Wednesday Mid Day Update

Good Afternoon! Just a quick update. My day is going great!! It's hump day and I am so glad!!!

Breakfast was oatmeal and 2 slices of lean center cut bacon
Lunch was Chick-fil-a sandwich (no mayo) and cup fruit

I am not sure what dinner will be tonight.

Goals for today:
  • Track Food -- yes, for breakfast and lunch
  • 4 - 8 oz water -- still working on that
  • cook 5 meals -- dinner
  • lunch from home -- didn't make this one today
  • 15 minutes of exercise -- will tonight
Thanks for stopping in!! I will be back on later tonight and I have some update on the future Disney trips.
