I took my daughter driving to practice her night driving skills. She turns 16 next month so we are practicing for her test. She did very well!!
My hubby cooked us dinner while we were out. He made chicken breast tenders, mashed potatoes, green beans and rolls. It was very yummy!!
I am going to walk on the treadmill tonight while I watch Biggest Loser.
I feel good about my changes and sticking to my goals.
I can do this!!

- 4 - 8 oz water -- yes
- cook 5 meals -- yes
- lunch from home -- today I had a salad
- 15 minutes of exercise -- yes, 30 minutes on the treadmill
