Reena was very helpful with our questions and needs. She gave us all the information we needed to have a great vacation! From airport documents to GREAT dining reservations, Reena Neville is the lady to see! She was always available to call if we needed her, and I haven't met anyone else who loves and knows Disney as much as Reena! In fact, we're using her again to plan our honeymoon!
Our resort was marvelous, and we are trying to stay there again. The Caribbean Resort is beautiful, charming, and during our stay - the pool was empty. Perfect way to spend our downtime!
