Breakfast was oatmeal and 2 slices of lean center cut bacon
Lunch was Chick-fil-a sandwich (no mayo) and cup fruit
I am not sure what dinner will be tonight.
Goals for today:
- Track Food -- yes, for breakfast and lunch
- 4 - 8 oz water -- still working on that
- cook 5 meals -- dinner
- lunch from home -- didn't make this one today
- 15 minutes of exercise -- will tonight
